HubSpot CRM Administrator Role

This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system to ensure data integrity and improve system usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM, including user permissions, team settings, pipelines, properties, and integrations.
  • Design and build scalable workflows, sequences, automation, and lead scoring models to drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements that meet business needs.
  • Train and support users across departments to ensure seamless adoption and efficiency of the CRM system.
  • Maintain data hygiene and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with HubSpot support as needed to resolve technical problems.
  • Monitor system usage trends and suggest improvements or feature adoption to optimize CRM performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, contract administration, or subscription management, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM and subscription tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Maxio, Chargebee, or Zuora.
  • Ability to interpret and track commercial contracts and billing terms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities to deliver results.
