Our customer support team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our brand and services through effective email and phone interactions.

You will demonstrate deep empathy and care for our customers by ensuring that all individual cases come to a positive resolution. You will prioritize multiple customer requests, meeting ambitious targets, and work closely with cross-functional teams on individual cases.

Additionally, you will assist on ad hoc projects aimed at delivering the best possible customer experience. Your qualifications include experience in a customer-facing role, comfortable interacting with people over phone and email, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, clear communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, and excellent administration skills, computer literacy, and an expert eye for detail.
