Service technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various systems. Their primary responsibility is to perform all service operations on site, adhering to the contract requirements, company policies, and established processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of work performed at the equipment level to maintain the integrity of e-Optimum and Customer Notification
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users on site, applying a professional attitude
  • Ensure equipment safety and performance
  • Manage the site environment during service operations
  • Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor
Service Operations
  • Implement safe working practices and execute operations according to maintenance and safety instructions
  • Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, repairs) respecting schedules, time limits, quality standards, and processes
  • Plan workload effectively with the service supervisor
  • Report work done accurately and promptly
  • Submit timesheets based on work execution
  • Manage proximity stock (inventory, transfers, etc.), identify spare needs, and request spares from the supervisor
  • Maintain service tooling, vehicle, instruments, and other equipment in good condition and safety
Leadership / People Management
  • Familiarize with all aspects of lift technology and attend proposed training
  • Provide training or coaching to nominated persons as required
