Customer Success Advocate

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely renewals with existing customers, managing sales, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales of existing customers
- Ensuring timely renewals with existing customers
- Coordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities
- Coordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams
- Diligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales
- Following up with quoted customers until renewals are closed
- Tracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations
- Maintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales
- Identifying and transferring leads to sales departments
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency, and be able to work well independently and as a team player.
You will also require:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Superior work ethic and a positive attitude
- Sense of urgency in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and adapt to change
- Amenable to work night shift (US EST)
- Amenable to work hybrid work setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
