We are seeking a driven business development professional to drive growth and generate new opportunities in a B2B environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and marketing, proven lead generation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.
- Conduct market research to identify prospects, industries, and opportunities for growth.
- Perform outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and secure appointments.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking tools.
- Proven work experience as a business development or in a similar sales-focused role.
- Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a strong plus.
- Experience working with North American clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
