We are currently seeking a skilled Virtual Support Specialist to join our sales operations team.

This role involves providing exceptional administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity for our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They should also be proficient in CRM systems and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information, call notes, and status updates.
  • Clean and verify lead/contact lists to ensure data hygiene.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, and coordinate with clients for billing-related queries.
  • Assist the Operations manager with reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
  • Support the sales team by managing follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling.
  • Help prepare sales scripts, templates, and call documentation.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Admin, or in a support role.
  • Strong skills in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot errors/inconsistencies in data.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and sales documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with sales environments or BPO/remote sales support.
  • Experience in data hygiene, lead management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and invoicing software.
