Financial Operations Support Specialist

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization with a focus on expense management, accuracy, documentation, and preparation of financial reports.
About the Role:- Ensure that all corporate spend is properly categorized by account and department prior to month-end close.
- Follow up with cardholders and internal teams to correct or complete financial coding and documentation.
- Identify recurring issues in expense classification and propose solutions.
- Validate the classification of key expense types.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or operations support roles.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup techniques.
