We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling general administrative duties such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.">
  • Collaborating closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.">
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.">
  • Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools.">
  • Experience using Canva and VTiger.">
  • Familiarity with Wix and WordPress.">
  • A background in real estate or property-related industries is essential.">
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.">
