Remote Virtual Assistant
">We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

- Managing and maintaining the company's CRM system, ensuring all client and agent data is accurate and up-to-date.">
- Supporting agent data management, including database updates and reporting.">
- Assisting with social media management, including scheduling posts, basic content updates, and responding to inquiries.">
- Researching and sourcing property listings based on client needs and criteria.">
- Handling general administrative duties such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.">
- Collaborating closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.">
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.">
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools.">
- Experience using Canva and VTiger.">
- Familiarity with Wix and WordPress.">
- A background in real estate or property-related industries is essential.">
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.">
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
