Peak Support is currently seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for team members regarding process or product questions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with training associates to onboard new hires.
  • Review calls and tickets to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Send nightly updates or end-of-day reports.
  • Handle calls and tickets as needed, providing exceptional client service.
  • Monitor calls and assist with Quality Assurance audits.
  • Periodically monitor team attendance.
  • Update leadership on account issues or updates.
Requirements:
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Background in performance management concepts.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours and availability to work on holidays.
  • Excellent coaching knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Above-average English communication skills.
