Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with experience using Xero and other financial software packages. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, invoicing, expense management, and general ledger entries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping using Xero;
- Proficiency with Dext (or similar receipt-capturing tools);
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping workflows: invoicing, reconciliation, tracking expenses, and job costing;
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in both financial and admin tasks;
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team where adaptability is key;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
