Job Title:

A Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring seamless data entry and bank reconciliation processes.

  • Monitor contracts and agreements with various parties
  • Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts as needed
  • Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process
  • Provide financial insights and support for monthly reports to track company performance
  • Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. At least 1 year proven experience in a similar role with international clients
  2. Strong knowledge of US Taxation preferred
  3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices
  5. Good background in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
  6. Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies
  7. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  8. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
