Key Responsibilities
  • Create and refine large-scale financial models to inform budgeting and reforecasting processes.
  • Produce in-depth budget-to-actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Identify and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities for operating assets, leading to actionable recommendations that drive improved results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and various deliverables for investors and lenders, showcasing expertise and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of key alerts and mitigate operational risk, safeguarding portfolios.
  • Develop data infrastructure that enables the team to isolate and investigate key performance drivers such as energy rates and energy production.
Required Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Proven analytical ability, creativity, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
  • Experience in renewables, energy, or infrastructure is desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is necessary.
