As a seasoned accounting professional, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of junior and senior accountants. This role is ideal for those who want to deliver exceptional service to SME clients in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert accounting services to Australian startup and SME clients.
  • Liaise with the tax office on behalf of clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit business activity statements (BAS) and tax returns.
  • Supervise remote bookkeeping clients to meet their unique needs.
  • Advise and engage clients on various accounting matters.
  • Built and grow a team of skilled accountants through hiring, training, and nurturing.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.
  • Flexibility to work from home or remotely from anywhere in the world.
  • Proven track record in team management – hiring, training, and developing ambitious accountants.
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients with varying scopes from bookkeeping to taxation services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver outstanding results.
