Job Title: Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance roles within companies adhering to US or UK GAAP standards. They will also have strong knowledge of management accounts preparation and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Management: Process supplier invoices, manage accounts payable, and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Issue customer invoices, manage accounts receivable, and credit control.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow on a regular basis to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations.
  • Payroll Administration: Support end-to-end payroll processing, including reconciliations and adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Broad experience in finance roles within companies adhering to US or UK GAAP standards.
  • Track record of process improvement and automation in finance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of management accounts preparation and general ledger maintenance.
  • Excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CPA).
