Accounting Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the accounting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation.
  • Conduct monthly and annual closing processes, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Administer accounts payable and receivable, ensuring efficient processing and payment of invoices and collection of revenue.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, both federal and state, and ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and policies to ensure financial data integrity and security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting for U.S. companies.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software, with a strong preference for QuickBooks experience.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the U.S. and experience with financial statement preparation.
  • Fully fluent in English.
