Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role involves providing key internal support to client-related activities, working closely with account directors and assistants to deliver strategy and creative output on time. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, creative briefing, campaign management, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
    • Develop client briefs and work with AAD/AD to create creative briefs
    • Delegate tasks based on brief requirements
    • Coordinate and assist in briefing internal and external resources
    • Implement project plans and monitor progress
    • Evaluate responses in terms of quality and revenue potential
    • Obtain feedback from clients and prepare WIP reports
    • Produce contact reports and provide regular updates to clients and teams
    • Support line managers with client PO, contract, and internal financial processes
    • Write and edit high-quality communications materials
    • Leverage stakeholder relationships and cultivate new contacts
    • Assist offline activities and arrange logistics
  • Strategy:
    • Prepare strategic materials and assist in plan development
    • Understand strategy planning structures
    • Demonstrate analytical thinking and provide recommendations
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into communications programs
    • Develop media relations strategies for certain clients
  • Creative Leadership:
    • Maintain contact with creative teams
    • Ensure teams have motivation and effective working processes
    • Assist creative teams with relevant information
  • Leadership & People Management:
    • Consult with line managers on inquiries and provide solutions
    • Set up development programs for account executives
    • Ensure subordinates complete company induction programs
    • Become focal points of client contact
    • Abide by WPP code of business conduct
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor Degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in communications or related fields; industry experience preferred
  • Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities, and proven media relations skills
  • An independent worker who works well on a team and can be proactive and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented, organized, dedicated, proactive, enthusiastic, with ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; quick learner
  • Advanced knowledge of working software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
