The Central Ordering Sr Manager oversees and manages the central ordering processes within the Fit-Out Services department.
This role is pivotal to ensuring the efficient and timely procurement of materials and services required for various projects.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that all ordering activities are executed effectively and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team in purchasing materials and services.
- Track performance and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials availability without overstocking.
- Continuously assess and improve ordering processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with centre delivery managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on ordering activities and cost savings.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
