We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the launch of our luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

This is an exceptional chance to take ownership of the entire marketing journey, from building brand presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

You will work closely with the founder to shape the strategy, create systems, and drive results that bring this vision to life.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Requirements
  • Necessary Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Able to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership to build the marketing foundation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
