Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across the organization, ensuring the right talent is sourced and hired for critical software development positions.
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent, focusing on software engineering, IT, and other technical disciplines.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and ensure alignment of recruitment processes with business objectives.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to present a strong shortlist to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key metrics to leadership, while optimizing the recruitment process for efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for talent acquisition.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing knowledge and best practices in the tech recruitment field.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of proven experience in tech recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to recruit for a variety of software development positions.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and senior management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Philippines and work in a global, multicultural environment.

Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Experience in managing or leading recruitment teams.
  • Familiarity with the tech recruitment market in the Philippines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ability to use data to optimize processes.
