Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions in the United States.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and professional networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
  • Previous experience working as a talent acquisition specialist in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
