Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues on the first call by utilizing active listening and critical thinking.
  • Research and gather information across various systems to provide accurate solutions.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solution.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center setting.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
