Marketing Manager

Job Summary

This role oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to drive qualified leads and support sales goals.

  • Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars and events)
  • Manage and coordinate tasks across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Build, test, and refine campaigns to drive qualified leads and meet sales targets
  • Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs
  • Track and report on campaign performance, sharing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across brand messaging and initiatives

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure

Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Apollo

Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.)

Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy

Hands-on experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management

Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting

High proficiency in project management and organization, with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Background or strong interest in architecture/design or legal/Hispanic marketing

Experience in event marketing or trade show planning

Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and optimization techniques

Working knowledge of ClickUp or other project management tools

BASIC graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)

Fluency in Spanish is a plus, especially in client-facing or content creation contexts
