Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to assist in growing our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and e-commerce, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain websites for e-commerce using Wix or Shopify.
  • Manage and organize the team's calendar and scheduling meetings.
  • Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Execute email campaigns and manage newsletters using Constant Contact.
  • Implement Facebook marketing campaigns and manage the social media calendar.
  • Apply knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience with graphic design software.
  • Ability to build and manage websites using web development tools.
  • Basic experience in video editing for marketing purposes.
  • Familiarity with email campaign management and mass mailing.
  • Knowledge of social media calendar management and Facebook marketing.
  • Understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
