We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team at Continental Sales, Inc.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the performance of functions relative to sales, audit, voucher preparation, inventory, and general accounting.
- They will assist in the administrative work of the Finance/Accounting Division and provide support in financial management.
- Maintaining all accounting records of the company, including assistance in Financial Statement preparation and maintenance of books of accounts for Accounts Payable/Purchases, payments, and disbursements.
- Responsible for bank and accounts reconciliation, as well as performing auditing functions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 6 months' experience in General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, handling of A/R and A/P or inventory is an advantage.
- Applicant willing to be assigned in Head Office/Balintawak, Quezon City.
