Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling essential financial tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable: Process invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate vendor records. Ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate customer records to ensure timely collections.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, posting transactions to the general ledger, and ensuring data integrity.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring that they are categorized correctly and in line with company policies.
Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Other Administrative Tasks: Provide support in other finance-related tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Available to work onsite in Zobel Roxas, Malate, Manila.
