Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process invoices, prepare payments, and maintain vendor records.
- Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
Bank Reconciliation & Financial Transactions:
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Filing & Documentation:
- Organize and maintain financial records for easy retrieval.
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions and compliance with company policies.
Payroll & Tax Compliance (as needed):
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking.

Requirements:
