Key Finance Role

This position involves a comprehensive analysis of merchant statements, development of customized pricing documents, and the maintenance of accurate reference documentation to ensure seamless access to up-to-date information.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Analyze merchant statements to identify service needs and prepare Schedule A documents for sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain partner logos to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track incoming statements and facilitate timely turnaround.
  • Support detailed weekly and monthly sales management reports with thorough analysis and account closure reasons.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify merchant pricing alignment with proposals.
  • Maintain updated versions of PDF files.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (desired).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in an analytical role (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Power BI (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM programs.
