Financial Operations Specialist

We seek a diligent and analytical Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure adherence to established procedures and timely data collection.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
