Lead Corporate Strategy initiatives to drive company growth and sustainable competitive advantages. Develop and translate company-level strategies into actionable functional deliverables, re-allocating business portfolio to align with market opportunities.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key growth opportunities and insights that span across markets, customer, competitor, regulatory and technology trends.
  • Translate company-level strategies into operational deliverables, prioritizing major cross-functional initiatives by analyzing internal performance and external market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure strategic initiatives are coherent with company direction, driving decision-making and sustaining momentum of strategy execution.
  • Prioritize and manage experimental business development initiatives, defining success parameters and establishing baseline capabilities for smooth transition to operational execution.
  • Develop and update company strategies, identifying required internal capabilities and processes to align organizational structure with strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior executives on key issues, such as strategic initiatives, business unit plans, and investments, using rigorous analysis and systems-level thinking.
Requirements:
  • MBA or degree from a top-tier university in any discipline
  • At least 2+ years of experience in corporate strategy, finance, or related field
  • Experience with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data manipulation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear presentations to senior executives
  • Ability to think strategically and identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
