Key Job Details

The primary objective of this role is to act as the main point of contact for clients who have purchased various website products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the website production process until their website is launched.
  • Maintain effective communication between clients and the development team, ensuring a seamless project experience.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope and schedule, while reporting progress regularly to clients.
  • Develop strategies to enhance clients' online presence based on industry best practices.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple website projects in production, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and resolve web project issues, creating and delivering comprehensive project status reports.
  • Understand clients' goals and provide expert advice on achieving them, ensuring they receive necessary services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client projects, coordinating efforts when needed.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve project errors before clients contact support.
  • Launch projects with minimal revisions from Quality Assurance, reviewing websites proactively for issues and revisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, being goal-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Wordpress is highly desirable.
