Salesforce QA Tester- We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Tester to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our technology platform. This involves a combination of expertise in test engineering and quality assurance as well as collaboration and communication skills.

You will work closely with the Test Lead, Quality Engineers, Product Owners, Salesforce Developers, and Business Analysts to provide quality assurance and testing across the Salesforce platform and integration with external systems like AWS. We are looking for someone who has experience testing integrations between CRM platforms and external cloud ecosystems like AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Utilize automation tools like Playwright to streamline regression testing and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and report defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, defects, and metrics using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, challenges, and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and at least 1 year in test automation and test engineering.
  • A keen eye for quality and a willingness to learn how to implement efficient testing processes for CRM SaaS applications.
  • A good understanding of CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar) and experience testing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience testing integrations between CRM platforms and external cloud ecosystems like AWS or Azure, ensuring seamless data flow, API reliability, and system interoperability.
  • Experience writing testing steps, expected results, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Some experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Postman, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and RestAssured.
  • Experience in creating automated tests in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • An understanding of testing fundamentals, various techniques, and methodologies and knowing when to apply them.
  • Effectiveness in reporting findings and collaborating with the team to triage defects.
  • Experience working with the Atlassian suite of tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience working with test management tools like Zephyr and XRay to manage test cases, execution, and reporting.
  • Ability to work remotely, be accountable for delivery, and communicate proactively.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
