Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
Hunter's Hub is seeking an experienced administrative support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our office operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Review: Thoroughly review all documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before forwarding to other business units.
- Investment Documentation: Assist with investment documentation and submissions, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Office Operations: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, handling clerical tasks such as filing and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Degree or College Graduate: A degree or college graduate in Accounting, Business, or related courses is required for this position.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in computer usage, particularly MS Office, and experience with administrative tasks is necessary.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
