Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Meera Enterprises Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including timekeeping management, payroll processing, and front desk management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Timekeeping Management:
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee hours
    • Ensure timely submission of timesheets
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll
    • Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions
    • Prepare payroll reports
  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees
    • Manage visitor log and issue visitor badges
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
