Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative support, data entry, and GRID database management for our team. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, security, and usability for cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for database usage questions at the project level.
- Determine whether issues should be escalated to GRID Support and coordinate accordingly.
- Determine client reporting needs and coordinate with GRID Support for new reports.
- Ensure data points align with client requirements and coordinate with GRID support for custom reports.
- Identify required data points for each project and establish data entry and reporting workflows.
- Coordinate team roles and permissions for the GRID system and include roster details on project documentation.
- Provide training to users and set up training at project start and for new team members.
- Ensure accurate data entry through QA/QC activities and verify data completeness and accuracy.
- Export and review reports for quality assurance and coordinate data issue resolutions with project teams and GRID.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, assist with database enhancements, and provide demonstrations of database functionality to employees and clients.
- Provide GRID access to projects as needed.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles is essential.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Access, SQL-based systems, or proprietary platforms) is necessary.
- Familiarity with report generation and data exports/imports; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation), is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to identify data inconsistencies; excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team; proactive and collaborative mindset is expected.
- Reliable internet connection and equipment are required.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience conducting user training sessions and creating support documentation is beneficial.
- Experience defining workflows and managing user roles/permissions across projects is advantageous.
