Automation Developer Role

This is a role that involves designing and developing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in RPA development with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, as well as strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in RPA development.
  • Experience with process analysis and design, process mapping, and workflow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  2. Designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots.
  3. Developing process documentation and technical documentation for automated solutions.
  4. Monitoring and maintaining deployed bots to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues as they arise.
  5. Applying best practices in RPA development to ensure security, scalability, and performance of automation workflows.
  6. Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality standards are maintained.
  7. Continuously identifying areas of improvement in automation processes and suggesting enhancements.
  8. Working closely with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA with existing systems.
  9. Providing support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • RPA platform certifications.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, and database management.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration in automation processes.
  • Experience in deploying bots to cloud environments or orchestrators.
