Performance Media Campaign Manager

Deliver exceptional performance and growth for our clients through expert paid media campaign management.

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize daily campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Closely monitor ad campaign budgets to ensure efficient pacing and execution.
  • Provide actionable weekly insights and recommendations to drive campaign success.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
  • Work closely with the Performance Director to establish campaign strategy and goals.
  • Effectively communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Qualifications
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing high-performing campaigns (Meta and/or Google Ads).
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently.
  • Process-oriented approach to campaign execution, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
