We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Implementation Specialist.
Job Responsibilities- Lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during the first 60 to 90 days, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients, including timeline, stakeholders, and key deliverables, as well as technical requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts, encompassing successful software adoption and training to drive client success.
- Establish accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Maintain open dialogue with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers regarding progress and updates.
- Provide assistance with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed, demonstrating a commitment to resolving challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communications, tools, and products, driving continuous improvement.
- Conduct daily kickoff calls with new customers, setting the stage for effective collaboration and project success.
- Design and implement complex process setups, becoming an expert in Workstream to guide new users and provide support.
- Maintain clear records of client activity, notes, and next steps in the success software, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Deliver user training and develop supporting manuals and processes to ensure user adoption of key features, driving value realization.
- Incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvements in onboarding, building templates from assigned clients, and designing programs that help customers realize value from Workstream.
- You excel at working with customers, delivering exceptional service, and delighting them.
- Demonstrate project management skills, effectively managing multiple pieces and stakeholders to facilitate customer onboarding.
- Showcase attention to detail, analytical prowess, and strong communication skills.
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit, being hungry, passionate, and tech-savvy.
- Express long-term interest in growing with a dynamic organization (2 to 4 years).
- Display empathy towards customer needs and adaptability to changing processes.
- Be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
- Ensure a stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps) and be prepared to provide a speed test screenshot upon request.
- Startup experience (1–3 years).
- Experience with PH payroll.
