Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent across various industries.

Utilizing your expertise in recruitment strategies, you will drive the acquisition process forward, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates to meet customer service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills are also essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of agency US IT and non-IT full cycle recruiting experience.
  • For IT positions, it is highly preferred to have hands-on recruiting experience in the ServiceNow and General IT roles.
  • For non-IT positions, it is highly preferred to have extensive experience with VMS accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • College Degree is preferred.
