Job Title: US Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented recruitment professional with proven experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in the United States.

This role will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to ensure a high-quality talent pool for client placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Screen resumes/CVs for qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS/CRM system.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment strategies.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing in the US is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of the US job market, hiring practices, and compliance basics.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions.
