Key Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and qualify leads for our sales team using CRM tools.

This role involves applying B2B sales strategies, generating and qualifying leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research prospects across target industries to apply B2B sales strategies
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
  • Use CRM tools to manage lead data and track engagement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities
  • Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
