Lead Developer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to spearhead efforts in developing games powered by Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the game development process and be able to oversee all stages from concept to finished product.

About the Role

As a lead developer, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Game Development: Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean and reusable code, gathering specific requirements, and suggesting solutions.
  • Research and Development: Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Tech Leadership: Work with the tech team to understand technical requirements, apply experience and knowledge to optimize game engine deployment, and develop and maintain optimized modules for tools surrounding virtual production.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing games powered by Unreal Engine.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released games.
  • Genuine passion for the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices, and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of version control systems.
  • Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine, including GUI, asset bundles, and materials/shaders.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, linear algebra vector math, and associated data structures.
