Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced software engineer to join our team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior engineers to build efficient and elegant code that drives innovation throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions, upholding and refining standards relating to quality, design, performance, and security of code across the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create production-ready code that meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and products.
  • Participate in solution design meetings, hiring interviews, and code reviews to ensure the growth and development of the product development team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • Mastery in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with relational databases and efficient data design and access (ORM, DAO, and SQL).
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members and bring forward new ideas to enhance collaboration, learning, and sharing.
