Becoming a knowledge management officer offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the development of policies and procedures for our organization.

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle projects involving policy formulation, system development, operations review, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting policies and procedures, developing new or enhancing existing systems, conducting operational reviews, identifying process improvements, preparing position papers or feasibility studies, evaluating organizational structures, and performing other functions outsourced by internal users or business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures manuals.
  • Prepare business requirements documentation for proposed or revised systems.
  • Evaluate and refine business requirements prepared by internal users and business systems proposals done by IT.
  • Coordinate with internal users and concerned units for items requiring disposition.
  • Identify issues, assess alternatives, and formulate recommendations.
  • Conduct operational reviews and process re-engineering.
  • Undertake productivity studies to establish work standards and capacity planning.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with above-average academic performance.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in banking operations and systems work.
  • Background in systems analysis and design, project management, bank/management/cost accounting, and operations research is advantageous.
