1.0 DUTIES:

1.1 Regular Duties

1.1.1 Inspects all refrigeration equipment and chillers to ensure that they are functioning properly.

1.1.2 Performs preventive and up-keeps maintenance works including housekeeping of machines.

1.1.3 Attends to emergency breakdowns of refrigeration equipment, chillers, air handling units and fan coils.

1.1.4 Assists Plant Attendant in starting chillers if necessary.

1.1.5 Maintains logbook and record of equipment performance.

1.1.6 Assists Laundry and Kitchen Mechanic, Mechanic, Electrician and Plumber with maintenance and repair of related machinery and equipment.

1.2 Performs other duties as may be assigned.

2.0 QUALIFICATIONS:

2.1 Education/Training

2.1.1 Two years College and/or Vocational

2.2 Work Experience/s:

to 2 years
