We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for recruiters who are confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S. You will work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles
  • Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates
  • Utilize your own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
  • Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
  • Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if you choose
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor
  • Must have your own VOIP US phone number/line
