Job Title: Customer Support Expert
We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support Representative. This role involves providing top-notch assistance to users, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries through various channels
- Resolve customer issues, recommend solutions, and provide guidance on product features
- Troubleshoot login problems, user-reported bugs, and billing/payment queries
- Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely feedback
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform-related problems
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
- Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of the product and common issues
