We're seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our proactive marketing strategies, driving lead generation and brand awareness through targeted campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of buying trends and consumer behavior in the territory.
- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns that captivate target audiences through compelling content and innovative outreach strategies.
- Develop high-impact marketing materials, including email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other collateral to drive engagement.
- Pursue lead generation through strategic planning and automation, ensuring seamless transitions to sales teams for purchase-ready prospects.
- Analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to inform data-driven decisions and optimise ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and performance against targets, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of all campaigns and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovative marketing approaches.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in generating leads and executing outbound marketing initiatives in the legaltech or SaaS sector.
- Comfortable communicating effectively with senior-level professionals and delivering tangible results from lead generation efforts.
- Account-based marketing expertise is a significant advantage.
- Proven proficiency in leveraging lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Demonstrated excellence in copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, particularly for B2B audiences.
- Solid analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- A consultative mindset and ability to build productive relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Native-level fluency in Business English.
