Marketing Operations Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online campaigns.
  • Build and manage a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Establish a lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports on social media and all campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in luxury properties or off-plan villa sales resorts.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy including social media ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and skills to build the marketing foundation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, with a creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
