Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the entire marketing journey, from building brand presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales. A strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites, is also required.

  • Create a full marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar and optimize Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Run paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital marketing expertise, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales.
  • Independent creation and management of campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
