Senior Scrum Master

You will be part of a dynamic team and support our Engineering Teams in building high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

  • Facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization.
  2. Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members.
  3. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives.
  4. Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs.
  5. Remove roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams.
  6. Tweak and adjust the team's Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred).
